    A warm-water cleanse and gentle scalp massage while you rest on the heated bed.

    Your chosen scalp treatments, masks, and rinsing complete the ritual.

What happens on my first visit?

We begin with a short intake about allergies, scalp conditions, and pregnancy, followed by scalp analysis.

Will my hair be wet afterward?

Yes. Your session includes cleansing and rinsing. Guests finish their own hair at the styling bar using the available Dyson dryers.

Is it suitable for my hair type?

Email us before booking about your hair texture, extensions, protective styles, or recent hair services so we can confirm what’s suitable.

What if I’m pregnant or have a scalp condition?

Please contact us before booking. Tell us about any allergies, pregnancy, or scalp conditions so we can discuss the session and products with you.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Sessions are prepaid at booking. You can reschedule or cancel free up to 24 hours ahead. Arriving late shortens your session.

Can I give a session as a gift?
